  1. I have 2 new DYU bikes.  An Ancheer D1 and a Rollgan with the 2 brakes and the 4.4AH battery.

    The horn beeps randomly, but only on the Rollgan.  No problem with the Ancheer.  What could be the problem?

     

  2. I located a US owner of several DYU scooters and is very knowledgeable about repairs. After describing the defect in my Ancheer DYU-D1 he assured me its a defective controller board. The D1 is now 3 weeks old. I can supply proof of purchase papers. How do I submit a claim for a replacement controller board under the one year warranty. Can anyone provide for the DYU warranteed parts contact link? Ancheer has been of no help and fails to return my email requests for help.5y0h70e8. APP self checking BASIC only 8.9 volts

  4. Robin, my Ancheer DYU- D1 never worked. Its been 2 weeks and had tried everyday. Question: Shouldn't it also run without the APP? I am about out to return it to the amazon seller as soon as I get a RMA. More than 2 weeks of disappointment. From APP the Basic read 8.9 volts, Battery read X. Lights and dashboard, horn all work. Brake feels smooth with a strong spring return. Same with the speed control. I don't navigate well in the forum. Can you email me if you have some ideas to help get it running?   5. Rosy, am still without the D1 working. Question: Shouldn't the D1 run without the app? Regardless, in the APP It's UNLOCKED and in the Zero Speed Booting mode. The speed control twists smoothly and returns to off when I let go. The brake lever works smoothly and is assuredly off. If I cant resolve the issue I am returning it through Amazon as I don't think its USER error.
  6. It never worked out of the box. Its been16 days as of today. Am very unhappy. I don't understand your comment regarding gear shift on the DHU -D1? Where is there a gear shift? The battery is fully charged (41.6 volts) and there is no power to the motor. But the Ancheer APP indicates Battery=X Basic is 8.9 volts. What is that supposed be? Regardless, if the Battery = X it not supposed to run. Would you know of an F-Wheel technician that can help me figure out how to fix it. I would rather do that to pay over $ 100 for return shipping. It's an Ancheer unit. But they are a distributor for F-W and am trying to get help from them too.
  7. Brake lever is fully off. What do you mean by gear shift? I do not have have a gear shift control. My handle bars only have 1 brake lever, the power switch, and horn on the left side. On the right side my handle bar only has the Display and the cruise control. No gear shift!
  8. I turn on power. Dashboard lights up. I Twist the throttle and it just wont go. (I wouldn't expect it to go if the Self Checking gives the Battery an X) In BASIC 8.9 volts? Is that normal?
  9. My brand new DYU-D1 wont run out of the box. Lights, horn all work and the battery is fully charged. The APP Self Checking indicates Battery X. BASIC indicates 8.9 volts. With my digital voltmeter, measuring battery voltage at the recharging connector measures 41.6 volts. Lots of free play on the brake lever and is assuredly off. That BASIC 8.9 Volt reading in the APP. Whats that supposed to be? Any ideas on what the problem might be?

  11. July 20th I downloaded the Ancheer APP. It is version 1.0 Is that the latest version?
  12. Further tests: I measured the battery voltage at the charge port. It reads 42.1 volts. The handle bar display also shows a full battery. Within the Ancheer APP, Self checking displays Battery test Failure with an X. But in the app I select BASIC. There it shows a battery voltage of 8.9V. Is that right? Lights and horn work normally.. It just wont run. How do I test if the brake switch is not the problem? How do I test if the throttle when closed is fully closed? ) je9almwd.bmp
  13. 46nx3738.bmpRobin, I checked the wire to the motor and it looks fine. I double confirmed the throttle is not sticking and is all the way turned off. In the Ancheer APP downloaded on July 20, Start is set to None Zero start Find attached pictures of the wire to the wheel and the rear brake assembly. When I squeeze the brake handle there is much free play (travel) before the brake applies. Can you describe where the brake/motor cutoff adjustment is on the handle bar? Maybe I can back it off.   14. I bought a new DYU D1 from a seller on Amazon. Opened the box and assembled it. I turned on the power switch and the dashboard did light up showing a full battery. I also put it on charge. The LED turned green. I sat on the seat and advanced the speed control. It wont run. Should it have run without the Ancheer APP? I thought perhaps it needed to be unlocked via the APP. I installed the APP on my smartphone. Set up the password and it is now unlocked. But it still wont run. I ran within the APP the Self Checking. All items checked were good. Except the battery failed with a X. The seller is stupid and is wasting my time trying to diagnose it. Amazon requested they send me a replacement but they insist on diagnosing it. They are not the factory. They are sales people wasting my time. I sent them a video and a screenshot showing the Battery X. Its now 2 days and haven't heard from the seller. Tonight I will ask amazon for a refund. But perhaps you, THE FACTORY have a suggestion for me to get it going before I insist on a refund. Can you suggest a way to get it going? Perhaps a master reset within the APP?
