Hi. so I have just acquired a DYU d3F last week and although I like it it seems a little slow. Its 250w 36v...You know. Advertised speed on amazon was/is 25km an hour. On the throttle it makes about 10mph and with pedal assist it makes about 13mph. I was kinda hoping it would be quicker than this. I am 13st. Is my weight an issue or are D3fs not particularly fast in general? There is no bluetooth card to pair it to to increase the speed.

Hi friend, it's normal. 25km/h is an ideal and max speed. Real speed might be a little slower. D3F doesn't comes with bluetooth, it's true. By the way, may I have your weight?

Hi Jesse,

Is there a way to change the different power assist modes in the D3F since there is no LCD screen or buttons? Also does the top speed gets automatically unlocked after 10km like other models?

Thank you,

Nick

Hi Nick, there isn't a different power assist mode as far as I know. But there is a cruise mode that you can keep the speed unchanged while riding without twisting the throttle. There isn't a speed lock in my knowledge range. Max speed is 25km/h
